Frequently Asked Questions
Q. How would you describe your photographic style?
A. The best of both worlds. We try to combine traditional and relaxed candid or photo journalistic styles to tell a complete story. Mark began with a more photo journalistic style training in school then worked with master portrait photographers for his traditional training, so he's comfortable with both. We tailor our photography to fit the personality and desires of each client.

Q. Does Mark do all of the photography?
A. Mark and wife Robin share in the photography as well as an additional assistant on our larger packages. Robin has been trained personally by Mark over the years and many weddings they have done as a team and adds a women's touch with her photographic view of the day.

Q. Do you photograph formal portraits as well on the wedding day?
A. Absolutely. Unless other wise instructed, we will photograph all of the standard group and individual portraits - wedding party, families, bride and groom together and individually, etc.

Q. How many photographs do you take?
A. The limited coverage options usually produce about 100-200 images. With our "Unlimited Coverage" option we typically deliver 300-500 images.

Q. What are your prices?
A. We offer two types of coverage, A La Carte and Package, to allow you to choose the best coverage for your event. Both start at around $2200 to $2500 for local weddings.

Q. Our wedding is not in Tulsa. Will you travel?
A. Many of our weddings require us to travel. We are certainly willing to travel to any location as our schedule allows. You will only be responsible for actual travel and hotel expenses for the photographers and one assistant, in addition to photography fees.

Q. Is black and white photography included, or will there be an additional charge?
A. Any of the photos taken (even color) can be printed in black and white. When our photo journalistic coverage is added to the basic coverage there is an additional fee.

Q. Do I have to inform you of what events and groups I want to have photographed?
A. Couples (as well as parents, etc.) are always encouraged to let us know about any specific photographs that are desired, and we can provide a simple questionnaire that can help to organize the most important photographs. However, if no specific instructions are given, rest assured that we will photograph all of the highlights of the wedding day while you enjoy your wedding celebration.

Q. Are wedding albums included in the coverage option price?
A. Our "Package Coverage Options" include a full size album for the bride as well as 1-5x7 color print of every pose done the day of your wedding. Options are available with parent albums as well.

Q. What kind of wedding albums do you provide?
A. We offer both traditional Art Leather and library-bound photo albums as well as a few creative alternatives.

Q. What about proofs and negatives?
A. When you choose the A La Carte coverage the proofs are not included in the base price. With our Package Options all of the proof prints belong to you. Although these prints are referred to as proofs, they are not a traditional proof print. After your wedding the film will be processed and edited to eliminate blinks and duplicate poses. All remaining images are then expertly printed as 5x7 prints to provide the highest level of quality and stability, insuring that your wedding photographs will be appreciated by future generations. Negatives are only included in our top "All Inclusive" package.
